6. Channel 01 does not monitor or review comments and/or content shared by the User on other sites or social networks.

7. The User shall be solely responsible for the proper use of the Site. In no event shall Channel 01 be liable for lost profits or for any indirect and/or consequential, punitive or any other damages.

8. The Channel 01 Services are not intended for use by children without the involvement and approval of their parents or guardians. If you are under the age of 13, you are not authorized to register with Channel 01 or provide your personal information to Channel 01.
